Sales and Refund Policy
Purchases on this site are subject to the terms of this policy. It sets out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in product warranties. Your placement of an order constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order. Please note there are limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products.
U.S. Sales Only
We sell and ship products only within the United States. We do not ship to United States territories, or addresses outside the United States. You may not export any products purchased on this site.
Prices
Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of order placement) plus any applicable sales tax, e-waste fees and shipping charges. We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time. All fees related to your purchase will be provided to you prior to the placement of your order and documented in your purchase receipt.
Sales Tax
Purchases may include sales tax based on your shipping address at the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If the sales tax rate for the region to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your card is charged will apply.
E-Waste Fees
Purchases will include e-waste fees based on your shipping address at the rate in effect at the time your order is billed. If the e-waste rate for the state to which your order is being shipped changes before the product is shipped, the rate in effect at the time your credit card is charged will apply.
Order Processing
Most orders ship within two business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.) This in an estimate and does not include transit time. Although every effort is made to ship your order according to the lead time provided, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. We encourage you to check your order status and tracking information at any time by logging into the site and navigating to the “my orders” link.
If you will not be at the shipping address to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping the item to an address where someone you trust will be available. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to change the shipping address. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you on delivery.
Undeliverable Packages or Failed Delivery Attempts: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. If you do not receive your package, please contact Customer Support to make arrangements for reshipment.
Return and Refund Policy – Software and Services
All sales are final. You may not return the following types of products and services for refund or exchange for any reason:
Electronic software downloads or SD cards
Extended Warranty or other Services
Return and Refund Policy – Hardware
If you are not satisfied with your hardware purchase, you may return it by contacting Customer Support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 calendar days of the receipt of the product. The issuance of the RMA is subject to the following conditions:
You must have a copy of your original purchase receipt.
The product must be returned to the designated returns facility within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA.
- The product must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including all accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.
- A 10% open box fee may be charged for any opened product. You may be asked to provide a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) in order for us to charge the 10% open box restocking fee. Eligible refunds will be processed based on the method of the original payment.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return the item and any loss or damage to the product during shipping. We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to us or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
- Refunds may take up to 30 days from the date the RMA is received in our returns facility to be processed on your credit card.
Defective Hardware
If you believe your product is defective and within it’s warranty period, please contact Customer Support. Such a defect may be covered under the terms of your product's limited warranty. For further information, please refer to the documentation that came with your product. Customer Support will determine if the product is defective and offer you an RMA to repair or replace the product with the same or equivalent model as the product that was originally purchased. Pandigital reserves the right to test the returned product to determine eligibility for repair or replacement. Returns are subject to the RMA terms above and any instructions specified by Customer Support.

Sales to End Users Only
Our site sells products and services to end user customers only. You may not purchase for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order for any reason.
Order Confirmation
We will send you a confirmation of your order by email if you have included an email address with your order. If you have not included an email address, you can view your order details by logging on to your user account and navigating to the “my orders” link on the site at any time.
Limited Warranty
For all products that include an initial warranty period or an extended warranty option, the start date of the warranty begins at the time of purchase, not the time of registration. Utilization of the warranty if a replacement or repair is required, will be based on purchase date and will require the original receipt as additional proof of purchase to initiate the return merchandize authorization. We retain the right to deny a request for a repair or replacement if the purchase date entered during the registration was after the actual purchase date.
Payment Methods
When you provide us with your card information, we will obtain an authorization and charge your card for the amount of the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are unable to accept credit or debit cards associated with a billing address outside of the United States. We require the credit card security code for your card for any online purchase to protect against the unauthorized use of your credit card by other persons. The security code is an individual three or four digit number specific to your card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number (if American Express), or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa, MasterCard).
Other Terms and Conditions
We are not responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order if there was a typographical error concerning the pricing or availability of any item you ordered when you placed the order.
We reserve the right to change this policy and any other terms and conditions of sale at any time. We may make changes to any products or services offered or to the prices for any such products or services, at any time, without notice. The information provided with respect to products and services may be out of date, and we make no commitment to update the information provided respect to such products and services.
We reserve the right to do any of the following, at any time, without notice: (1) to modify, suspend or terminate operation of or access to the site, or to any portion of the site, for any reason; (2) to modify or change the site, or any portion of the site, and any applicable policies or terms; and (3) to interrupt the operation of the site, or any portion of the site, as necessary to perform routine or non-routine maintenance, error correction, or other changes.
If any of the aforementioned policies are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such policy shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of the policy. All remaining policies shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these policies shall not be construed as a waiver by us of any provision or any right it has to enforce these policies, nor shall any course of conduct between us and you or any other party be deemed to modify any provision of these policies.
These policies shall not be interpreted or construed to confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.
