Pandigital will award the following prizes: one 10.4” Digital Photo Frame each calendar quarter, beginning October 1st, 2008. Sweepstakes will start on the 1st day of the calendar quarter at 12:00 am Pacific Time and end on the last day of the calendar quarter at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Enter by completing the online user sign up located at www.reg.pandigital.net. Entries are limited to one per person who signs up. Electronic or mechanically reproduced entries are not acceptable. A random drawing will be held no later than the 15th calendar day of the month following the sweepstakes period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Open to people who are at least 18 years old, except Pandigital employees and their immediate family. Winner will be notified by email at the address provided on the sign up web form. In case of a dispute of any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the sign up sweepstakes will be deemed to be the entrant.
